Custom Party Favors

All custom party favors are handmade to order, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail.

  • Processing Time:
    Current processing time is 3–4 weeks.
  • Proof Approval:
    A design proof will be sent via email approximately 2 weeks prior to your event date.
    Please ensure a valid email address is provided at checkout.
    • Proofs must be approved within 3 days to avoid delays.
    • If no response is received within 3 days, your order will be processed and shipped as is.
    • All packages include custom-designed wrappers, labels, and packaging. Snacks, candy, and treats are included only if you have selected the filled option before checkout.
    • If you choose unfilled, you can choose your own brands and accommodate allergies or dietary preferences.

NEED-BY DATE & EVENT DATE

PLEASE NOTE: Our custom orders are worked on and scheduled according to NEED-BY DATE.

Because of this, it is extremely important that you provide both your Need-By Date and Event Date when placing your order.

Your Need-By Date is the date you would like to have your order in hand.

Your Event Date is the actual date of your celebration.

Providing both dates allows us to properly schedule your design, production, and shipping timeline and helps ensure that your order is completed when needed.

Orders are not necessarily designed or produced in the exact order in which they are placed. An order with an earlier Need-By Date may be worked on before an order purchased earlier that is needed at a later date.

Please provide accurate dates when placing your order.

If you do not provide your Need-By Date or Event Date, your order may experience delays while we wait for the required information.

If your Need-By Date falls within our standard turnaround time, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability. A rush fee may be required. 

Digital Downloads

There's no need to wait for your order with these INSTANT downloads. Simply add the item to your cart, pay for your order, and get the file immediately after. 

You will receive 2 emails. One is an order confirmation, and the second is the digital downloads email. Check the spam folder in your email if the second email isn't in your main inbox.

Rush Orders:

If you need your order sooner than the stated processing time, a rush fee is required.

All packages include up to 2 rounds of revisions to get your design just right. Rush orders placed less than 3 weeks before the event are subject to a rush fee.

Shipping Method


Selecting Priority or Express shipping will not reduce processing time. It only affects the delivery speed once your order has shipped.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

After the 24-hour cancellation period has passed, cancellations and refunds are no longer available, as your order may already be in the design or production process.

Once your order has entered production, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

If you need to change or reschedule your event date, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new date; however, date changes are not guaranteed and are based on our current availability and production schedule.

Additional fees may apply if your requested date change requires rush processing, additional materials, reprinting, or adjustments to work that has already been completed.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • All sales are final
  • We do not accept returns or cancellations

Shipping Disclaimer

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or postal service once your order has been shipped.
